Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Be free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives:

- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing parts

- Clear photos showing the product and the problem
We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery
- Products returned without prior authorization
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use products may also be non-returnable if opened or used.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability and approval. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will discuss alternative options with you.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and proof of purchase.
